• That a particular teacher will be available at a requested time or schedule
• That a matched teacher will be suitable for every student's individual requirements
• A minimum number of classes, sessions, or duration of teaching

All teacher connections and availability are subject to the teacher's individual professional capacity and other operational factors. We make our best efforts to connect students with suitable teachers, but we do not guarantee that a match will always be available.

4. Independent Teacher Relationship

Teachers connected through Rubric Classes are independent professionals. Rubric Classes facilitates the connection between students/parents and these independent teachers. Rubric Classes is not the employer of these teachers and does not control their individual teaching methods, opinions, advice, or conduct.

Any teaching, guidance, or academic instruction provided by an independent teacher is provided by that teacher in their individual professional capacity. Students and parents engage with teachers on mutually agreed terms, directly between themselves and the teacher.

Rubric Classes is not responsible for the quality, content, or outcome of teaching provided by independent teachers beyond our reasonable onboarding and screening efforts.

5. Educational Outcomes

Educational success is the result of the combined effort of the student, the teacher, and the family. No teacher or coaching provider can guarantee results. Remedial measures for any academic difficulty vary from student to student, and there is no single method that guarantees success for every learner.
